JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Experience in membership sales model.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

Schedule:
4 weekdays, plus Saturdays

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven Experience running a large scale personal care business
  • Managed 25 + employees, in several roles
  • Experience analyzing and creating strategy based on managing P&L statements
  • 5+ years SALES management and proven personal sales, commision experience helpful.

  • Drive Results: Take charge of daily operations, ensuring that goals are met and performance is optimized across all areas.

  • Develop Future Leaders: Actively train, mentor, and develop team members to promote growth from within the organization.
  • Strategic Vision: Help shape and implement strategies that align with our company’s goals and vision for the future.
